L2/L3 ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities :

·      Handle customer queries and provide timely technical support and resolution.

·      Conduct field visits to customer locations and perform on-site technical assessments.

·      Use relevant tools/apps to measure RF conditions and complete predefined site checklists.

·      Perform first-level troubleshooting, diagnosis and correction of device, network or setting-related issues.

·      Handle software updates, configuration-related issues and technical query resolution.

·      Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety & Quality standards while working at customer locations.

·      Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate L3/support team whenever required.

·      Maintain professional communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

·      Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within defined timelines and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

·      Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Electronics & Telecommunication.

·      0–2 years of relevant experience; freshers with the right technical aptitude may also be considered.

·      Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory
