🎯 Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls with international customers.
• Provide professional and effective customer support.
• Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Resolve complaints and service-related issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
• Follow company policies, SOPs and quality guidelines.
• Achieve assigned KPIs, KRAs, quality and productivity targets.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling where applicable.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout the call.

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Clear pronunciation and good conversational ability.
• Neutral/easily understandable accent.
• Strong active listening skills.
• Customer handling and objection-handling skills.
• Good problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM/ticketing systems is an advantage.
• Candidates comfortable working in international/night shifts preferred.

🎓 Eligibility

• Education: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Candidates with BPO, Customer Service, Sales or International Voice Process experience will be preferred.
• Good English communication is mandatory.
