Job Description
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into successful sales.
- Explain policy features, benefits, coverage, and pricing clearly to customers.
- Handle customer objections professionally and close sales effectively.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage renewals and referrals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations while handling customer interactions.
