Job Description

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Inside Sales Executives / Telecallers to promote IT & Software solutions and convert prospects into business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls and generate leads.

Explain IT/software solutions to prospective customers.

Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.

Follow up through calls, WhatsApp and email.

Schedule meetings and product demos.

Maintain lead details and follow-ups in CRM.

Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with Business Development and technical teams.


Requirements

1–3 years of experience in

Telecalling / Inside Sales / Telesales** preferred.


Freshers can also apply.

* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

* Target-oriented and self-motivated.

* IT/Software sales experience will be an advantage.
