Job Description
Job Title: HR & Admin Executive
Responsibilities:
- Manage employee attendance, leave, and personnel records.
- Handle joining formalities, HR documentation, and payroll coordination.
- Coordinate candidate CVs, interviews, and recruitment activities.
- Maintain candidate records, client agreements, and company documents.
- Manage daily office administration, vendors, and office supplies.
- Prepare reports and maintain Excel trackers.
- Coordinate with recruiters, candidates, and management.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Recruitment agency experience preferred.
