💼 HR RECRUITER

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month

Incentives: ₹15,000 – ₹60,000/month

Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels.

- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.

- Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.

- Coordinate with clients and internal teams.

👥 TEAM LEADER – RECRUITMENT

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month

Incentives: ₹15,000 – ₹60,000/month

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of HR Recruiters.

- Allocate requirements and monitor team performance.

- Ensure achievement of daily and monthly targets.

- Guide the team in sourcing, screening, and candidate follow-ups.

- Monitor team performance and recruitment reports.

- Coordinate with clients and ensure smooth recruitment operations.

🕐 WORKING HOURS

Monday – Friday: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Saturday: Work From Home

Sunday: Fixed Week Off

💰 INCENTIVE OPPORTUNITY

Earn ₹15,000 – ₹60,000+ in monthly incentives*

Incentives are performance-based and subject to applicable targets and criteria.

🎯 WHO CAN APPLY?

- Candidates with good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Recruitment/HR experience preferred.

- BPO/Volume Hiring experience will be an advantage.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated candidates.

- Team-handling experience preferred for Team Leader position.
