Role Description :This is a full-time on-site role for a HR and Administration professional at Prevalent Automotive.The role entails managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, personnel management, and implementing HR management practices on a day-to-day basis. Key Responsibilities:  Address employee queries and support conflict resolution.  Assist with performance appraisals and training programs.  Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.  Support payroll, benefits, and attendance administration.  Assist in recruitment, on boarding, and employee orientations. Qualifications :  Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills.  Experience in developing and implementing HR policies.  Personnel Management expertise  Strong organizational and interpersonal skills ability to work in a fast-paced environment  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field  Fresher can also apply.
