Job Description

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to cake orders, customer enquiries and online orders.
  • Manage customer enquiries received through Swiggy, Zomato and other online platforms.
  • Coordinate with outlets regarding order status, availability, cancellations and customer issues.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm orders and provide timely updates.
  • Maintain daily call records, enquiry details and follow-up reports in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
