Job Description – Café Staff

We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible Café Staff to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve sandwiches, fries, snacks and other café products as per standard recipes.

- Take customer orders and provide friendly, polite and efficient service.

- Follow all SOPs, food safety and hygiene standards.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, counter and dining area.

- Handle food preparation, storage and equipment responsibly.

- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portion size and presentation.

- Maintain proper stock and inform the supervisor about any shortages.

- Handle customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.

- Follow daily opening, closing and cleaning procedures.

- Work as a team and maintain discipline and professionalism at all times.

Candidate Requirements:

- Good communication and a positive attitude.

- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

- Basic knowledge of food preparation is preferred.

- Prior café/restaurant experience is an advantage, but freshers can also apply.

- Must be punctual, hardworking and hygiene-conscious.
