*About the Opportunity*

Yes Bank is associated with the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS), providing candidates with an opportunity to gain practical work experience in the banking sector.

Selected candidates will work with Yes Bank for a period of one year under the NATS apprenticeship program and will receive a monthly stipend of ₹20,000.

*Stipend Structure*

₹14,000 per month – Contribution from Yes Bank

₹6,000 per month – Government contribution under the NATS Scheme

Total Monthly Stipend: ₹20,000

*Job Responsibilities*

As an Email & Chat Process Executive, the candidate will be responsible for:

* Handling customer queries through email and chat.

* Providing accurate and timely responses to customer requests.

* Assisting customers with banking-related queries and services.

* Maintaining professional communication and a customer-friendly approach.

* Following the bank's standard operating procedures and service guidelines.

* Maintaining accuracy and confidentiality while handling customer information.

* Escalating complex or unresolved queries to the appropriate department.

* Meeting defined service quality and productivity standards.

*Working Hours*

*Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM*

*Weekly & Monthly Offs*

*Sunday: Weekly off*

*2nd & 4th Saturday: Off*

*Other Saturdays: Working*
