Job Description

Tallying and reconciling delivery challans between factory and retail shops

 Accurate data entry and record maintenance in Excel and Tally

 Booking and liaising with logistics / courier companies for factory-to-shop and client deliveries

Monitoring incoming emails for Quick Commerce purchase orders, ensuring timely packing,

and preparing delivery challans and GST tax invoices

 Supervising order packing to ensure adherence to client specifications

 Monitoring and coordinating stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory

Managing returns — coordinating with logistics partners and the packaging team for return pickups, inspection, and restocking

 Following up with vendors on pending deliveries, order confirmations, and supply timelines
