Job Description

Designation: Scanning/ Data Entry Operator

Location: Belapur Court, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹8,000 per month


Job Responsibilities:

  • Scan physical documents using scanners.
  • Ensure scanned documents are clear and complete.
  • Save and organize scanned files in designated folders.
  • Perform basic data entry and maintain digital records.
  • Verify document details for accuracy.
  • Handle court documents with confidentiality and care.
  • Coordinate with the team to complete daily scanning targets.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of scanning equipment.


Eligibility:

  • Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass (preferred).
  • Basic computer knowledge is required.
  • Familiarity with scanners and MS Office is an advantage.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
