💬 1. CHAT SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

📍 Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

💼 Process: Chat Support

⏳ Experience: Minimum 6 months in Chat Process

🕐 Shift: Any 9 hours within 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

📅 Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Week Off

Key Responsibilities:

💬 Handle customer queries through chat and provide accurate solutions.

😊 Maintain a professional and customer-friendly communication style.

⚡ Handle multiple chats efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy.

📝 Update customer information and interaction details in the system.

🔄 Escalate complex issues to the relevant department.

🎯 Achieve defined productivity, quality, response-time, and customer satisfaction targets.

🔒 Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 6 months of Chat Support / Chat Process experience

✅ Excellent written communication skills

✅ Good typing speed and accuracy

✅ Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills

✅ Ability to multitask

✅ Comfortable working in rotational shifts

📞 2. CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

📍 Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

💼 Process: Customer Support / BPO

⏳ Experience: Minimum 6 months in BPO / Customer Support

🕐 Shift Window: 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM

⏰ Shift Duration: 9 Hours

📅 Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

📞 Handle customer calls professionally.

💬 Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

😊 Maintain a positive and customer-focused approach.

🛠️ Resolve customer issues within defined timelines.

📋 Follow process guidelines, SOPs, and quality standards.

🎯 Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.

🔄 Escalate unresolved issues whenever required.

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 6 months of BPO / Customer Support experience

✅ Excellent verbal & written communication skills

✅ Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills

✅ Strong customer-handling abilities

✅ Positive attitude and willingness to learn

💼 Job Role: Customer Service

⏱️ Working Hours: 5 Hours/Day

🕒 Shift Timings:

👧 Girls: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

👦 Boys: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM

💰 Salary: ₹8,500 per month

Job Responsibilities:

📞 Handle customer calls professionally.

💬 Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

😊 Maintain a polite and customer-friendly approach.

🎯 Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
