Job Description

Process: Customer Support – Chat & Email


Shift Timings:


- 6 AM to 3 PM

- 1 PM to 10 PM

- Rotational Weekly Off


Job Responsibilities:


- Handle customer queries through Chat and Email.

- Provide timely and effective resolutions.

- Maintain a customer-centric and problem-solving approach.


Requirements:


- Good written communication in English, Hindi. 

- Good typing speed.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

- Good problem-solving skills.
