Job Description

We are hiring for multiple job roles across our Customer Care, Sales, and Collections processes! Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. 

Position: BPO Executive / Customer Support / Inside Sales / Collections Executive

Location: Navi Mumbai

Education: 12th Pass (HSC) / Undergraduates / Graduates

Available Roles: 

  1. Customer Care Executive: Handle inbound customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide high-quality service support. 
  2. Sales Executive (Telecalling): Make outbound calls to prospective clients, explain product features, and drive conversions/targets. 
  3. Collections Executive: Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments, negotiate payment timelines, and maintain accurate records. 

Requirements: 

  • Decent to excellent communication skills (English and local languages). 
  • Basic computer knowledge and phone etiquette. 
  • Performance-driven mindset for Sales and Collections roles.
