Job Description
We are looking for energetic and customer-focused candidates to handle customer calls and provide excellent support. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Hindi Communication, Basic English, Computer Knowledge, Customer Handling. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
1.Assist customers with product, order, and service-related queries.
2.Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
3.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
4.Follow up with customers whenever required.
5.Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
6.Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly attitude.
