We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the PhonePe Process. Candidates will be responsible for assisting customers with their queries related to digital payments, UPI transactions, account-related issues, and other payment services.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through inbound or outbound calls.
Assist customers with UPI payments, failed transactions, refunds, and payment-related issues.
Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers.
Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction.
Follow company policies and maintain customer confidentiality.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: HSC / Graduate (as per company requirements).
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply (as per process requirements).
Communication: Good verbal communication skills.
Skills: Basic computer knowledge, customer handling, and problem-solving abilities.
