Job Description

  • Answer Calls: Take inbound customer calls and make outbound calls when needed.
  • Solve Problems: Listen to customer issues patiently and give clear, helpful answers.
  • Share Information: Explain our products, services, and latest deals to customers.
  • Type Notes: Keep details of every call updated in our computer system or CRM software.
  • Pass on Hard Issues: Transfer complex problems to the right department or team leader.
  • Follow Up: Call customers back if their problem takes longer to fix.
