Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesReview and moderate user-generated content such as text, images, videos, comments, and profiles.
- Check content against company community guidelines, policies, and quality standards.
- Identify and remove content that violates platform policies.
- Handle categories such as spam, harassment, hate speech, misinformation, inappropriate content, and other policy violations.
- Escalate sensitive or complex cases to the appropriate team.
- Make accurate decisions based on predefined moderation guidelines.
- Maintain required accuracy, productivity, and turnaround-time (TAT) targets.
- Document moderation decisions and update case details in internal systems.
- Stay updated with changes in moderation policies and guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of user and platform information.
- Work closely with quality, operations, and escalation teams.
