📌 Job OverviewWe are hiring candidates for the Concurrent Audit role with Axis Bank.

This is a great opportunity for graduates who are looking to build a career in Banking, Audit, Compliance, Risk & Internal Controls.

Freshers with a strong understanding of accounting/audit concepts are also eligible.

• 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesConduct concurrent audit and review banking transactions on a regular basis.
• Verify transactions and processes as per bank policies, internal controls and applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Review branch operations including cash, deposits, withdrawals and other banking transactions.
• Check documentation, KYC/AML compliance and process adherence.
• Identify irregularities, control gaps, exceptions and potential risk areas.
• Review audit observations and coordinate with branch/concerned teams for clarification and closure.
• Ensure compliance with prescribed processes, policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare audit reports, observations and supporting documentation.
• Escalate critical or high-risk observations within the required timelines.
• Maintain proper audit records and follow up on previous audit observations.
• 🎓 EligibilityGraduation is compulsory from a recognized university/institution.
• B.Com / BBA / BMS / BBM / BA / B.Sc. or any other graduate degree.
• Freshers can apply.
• Candidates with prior experience in Banking / Internal Audit / Concurrent Audit / Accounts / Finance / Compliance will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer skills will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
