Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and process claims in accordance with established procedures and client guidelines.
  • Verify claim details, supporting documents, and data accuracy.
  • Identify discrepancies, missing information, and errors in claim submissions.
  • Update claim information in the system and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claim-related queries.
  • Ensure compliance with process guidelines, data privacy requirements, and quality standards.
  • Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
  • Escalate complex or incorrect claims to the appropriate team.
  • Handle confidential customer and claim information responsibly.
