• 📌 Job ResponsibilitiesVisit shops and merchants daily to generate new business opportunities.
• Onboard eligible customers for PhonePe lending products and services.
• Explain loan products, features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers.
• Assist customers with applications and required documentation.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain customer data and submit regular work updates.
• ✅ Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 3 months of field sales experience is required.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Must be comfortable with daily field visits.
• Strong convincing skills and a target-oriented mindset.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred, as per job requirements.
