Job Overview

  • Position: Associate - Back Office Process
  • Vacancies: 100
  • Eligibility: Male candidates, 18–30 years old
  • Education: Graduate/Undergraduate commerce Freshers (2022 to 2026 Batch)
  • Domain Knowledge: Mandatory Basic knowledge/experience in Banking (Personal Loan, Finance, LAP, Home Loan), Insurance, or KYC processes
  • Typing Speed: Minimum 15 WPM
  • Salary: Approx. ₹15,000 Net Take Home + ₹75/day Night Shift Allowance
  • Work Schedule: 6-day working (Rotational Week Off) | Shifts: Afternoon (70%) / Night (30%) Its a back offcie job.No Sale, No Calling
