Key responsibilities:

- Handling inbound & outbound calls from existing bank customers

- Providing prompt, accurate solutions to customer queries

- Promote and explain banking products.

- Retain customers by offering relevant services and resolving issues professionally

- Focus on customer retention and activating new services

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate Degree / HSC with relevant experience

- Decent communication skills

- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

- Freshers are welcome! OR Candidates with minimum 6 months in SALES / BPO/ BANKING/ TELESALES/CUSTOMER SERVICE preferred

- Age 18 to 32 years

Salary Structure (In-Hand Fixed Monthly):

• Fresher: 18,000/month fixed + Incentives
• Experienced: Upto 32000 depends on last experience

• Juinagar(Navi Mumbai)

Note: This position is on roll of HGS for a year and NO CONTRACTUAL. Based on performance, employees may be eligible for an on-roll opportunity with the organization
