Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations for our building materials trading business
Key responsibility
• Maintain books of accounts (Trade & Non-Trade) — sales, purchase, and expense entries
• Handle GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliance
• Manage accounts receivable/payable and reconcile dealer/customer ledgers
• Prepare monthly financial statements and MIS reports
• Coordinate with sales and logistics teams on invoicing and payment tracking
• Assist with audits and liaise with CAs/auditors
Requirements:
• 12 pass or equivalent; 2–5 years accounting experience (trading/distribution background preferred)
• Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel
• Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic compliance norms
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple entities' accounts
