Job Description
Accounts:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Receipts, Payments)
- Prepare invoices, Proforma Invoices, and payment follow-ups
- Handle bank reconciliation and cash flow tracking
- Manage GST data, filing coordination, and compliance
- Coordinate with CA for finalization and audits
- Maintain vendor and customer ledgers
Administration:
- Manage office administration and documentation
- Handle inward/outward dispatch records and courier coordination
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and basic HR support
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Maintain office supplies and general upkeep
