Accountant

Record daily accounting transactions in Tally Prime.

Handle accounting entries related to sales, purchases, expenses, receipts and payments.

Maintain accurate books of accounts and supporting documents.

Perform bank reconciliation and maintain bank records.

Reconcile customer/vendor ledgers and follow up for discrepancies.

Assist in GST reconciliation, GST-related data preparation and filing support.

Assist with TDS calculations, deductions and related documentation.

Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports as required.

Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, bills and financial records.

Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.

Assist in preparation of salary-related calculations and records.

Coordinate with internal departments regarding invoices, payments and accounting information.

Support the management and external accountant/consultant during audit and statutory compliance.

Ensure accounting records are updated accurately and on time.

Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
