Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, receipts, vouchers, and payment records.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Maintain cash book, bank book, ledger and petty cash.
Perform bank reconciliation and regular account reconciliation.
Manage GST, TDS and other statutory records and coordinate with CA for filings.
Prepare monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and expense reports.
Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients/vendors.
Verify expenses, bills and supporting documents before processing payments.
Maintain proper documentation of all financial records.
Assist management with budgets, cash-flow reports and financial analysis.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors and the company's CA.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable regulations.
Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information.
Support management with any other accounting and finance-related requirements.
