Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through existing clients, developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Generate sales through existing customer base and actively identify new business opportunities.
• Prospect, qualify, and follow up on leads to maximize conversions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct property presentations and coordinate site visits with prospective buyers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales updates in CRM
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.

Qualifications: 

• Male candidates only.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the real estate industry.
• Strong communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and general computer applications.

Additional Requirements:

• Must own a personal vehicle and hold a valid driving license.
• Knowledge of NA Plots will be an added advantage.
