Inside Sales Specialist- Banca

One of the Largest Private Life Insurance Company is hiring for Inside Sales

### Job Responsibilities:

* Work from the *assigned bank branch* under the Banca Channel.

* Generate and follow up on life insurance leads provided through the bank.

* Contact customers and explain suitable life insurance products and benefits.

* Handle customer queries and assist in the insurance sales process.

* Coordinate with bank staff for lead generation and customer references.

* Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.

* Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.

* Maintain daily call, lead, follow-up, and sales reports.

* Build and maintain good relationships with customers and bank staff.

### Candidate Requirements:

* Minimum *12th Pass* qualification.

* Prior experience in *Telesales, Telecalling, Telemarketing, or Sales* is preferred.

* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Comfortable working from a *bank branch location*.

* Good Hindi and English communication skills.

* Target-oriented and customer-focused.

* *Female candidates only.*

* Candidates should be comfortable working at *different bank branch locations as per the assigned location/business requirement*.
