Job Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and create a positive first impression.
• Greet customers upon arrival and assist them with seating arrangements.
• Manage reservations, walk-in guests, and waiting lists.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest seating and service.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the restaurant, menu, and facilities.
• Maintain the reception and waiting area in a clean and organized manner.
• Manage guest complaints professionally and escalate issues to the concerned team.
• Monitor table availability and coordinate table turnover during busy hours.
• Maintain reservation records and guest information accurately.
• Ensure high standards of hospitality, grooming, and customer service.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Minimum 12th pass; a hospitality qualification is an advantage.
• Experience: 0–3 years in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
• Freshers with good communication skills and a presentable personality may also apply.
