Job Description

We are seeking a empathetic, well-organized, and customer-focused Front Office Receptionist to serve as the primary point of contact for patients, families, and visitors at Aarmbh Paralysis & Neuro Rehab.

In this role, you will manage front desk operations, greet incoming patients, handle inquiries (phone and walk-in), maintain electronic medical records (EMR), schedule consultations across our multidisciplinary therapy departments, and ensure a seamless, supportive experience from admission through discharge.
