TheLiveShow (TLS) is a fast-growing platform connecting musicians and performers with event organizers across India for weddings, corporate events, and private parties.

Role Overview

You'll work both sides of our marketplace: sourcing and onboarding artists, and converting inbound customer leads into bookings.

What You'll Do:

• Handle inbound leads from event organizers via WhatsApp and calls — understand requirements, recommend artists, follow up, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings

• Identify gaps in artist supply based on customer demand (genre, city, budget) and proactively source and onboard matching artists

• Coordinate with musicians/performers over WhatsApp and calls to build out their profiles — pricing, media, availability

• Maintain accurate records of leads and artist data in our CRM

What We're Looking For:

• Freshers welcome; 0–2 years experience preferred (BPO, telecalling, customer service, or voice process background is a plus)

• Comfortable on phone calls and WhatsApp-based communication

• Basic spoken English and fluent Hindi

• Good follow-up habits and attention to detail

• Sales instinct: comfortable pitching, negotiating, and closing
