Job Description
Front Office Management:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and correspondence efficiently.
- Maintain visitor logs and handle courier dispatch and receipt.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with administrative support.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Maintain and update client databases accurately.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and follow-ups promptly.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues.
- Track leads, follow up on inquiries, and ensure timely communication with clients.
- Prepare daily/weekly CRM reports and share updates with the reporting manager.
Administrative Support:
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Support the HR/Admin team with documentation and coordination tasks.
- Ensure the front desk area is well-maintained and presentable.
