Job Description
Job Responsibilities • Develop new products from concept to production. • Study customer requirements and prepare product specifications. • Prepare and review 2D drawings and 3D CAD models. • Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, Purchase and Tool Room teams. • Conduct prototype development, testing and validation. • Prepare BOM, engineering documents and product development reports. • Support DFM/DFA activities to improve manufacturability and reduce cost. • Coordinate product trials and approval before mass production. • Identify design and production issues and implement corrective actions. • Support cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives. • Ensure products meet customer, quality and performance requirements. • Maintain engineering change records and product development documentation.
