• We are looking for a motivated Mechanical Engineer to handle shop-floor component inspection, in-process/online inspection and Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI). / शॉप-फ्लोर कंपोनेंट इंस्पेक्शन, इन-प्रोसेस/ऑनलाइन इंस्पेक्शन और Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) संभालने के लिए मैकेनिकल इंजीनियर की आवश्यकता है।
• The candidate will ensure components and finished products meet dimensional, quality and engineering requirements. / उम्मीदवार यह सुनिश्चित करेगा कि कंपोनेंट्स और तैयार उत्पाद निर्धारित डायमेंशनल, क्वालिटी और इंजीनियरिंग आवश्यकताओं के अनुसार हों।
🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां
• Perform in-process/online inspection of mechanical components on the factory shop floor. / फैक्ट्री शॉप फ्लोर पर मैकेनिकल कंपोनेंट्स का इन-प्रोसेस/ऑनलाइन इंस्पेक्शन करना।
• Conduct Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) of finished components/products. / तैयार कंपोनेंट्स/प्रोडक्ट्स का Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) करना।
• Inspect components as per engineering drawings, specifications, tolerances and quality standards. / इंजीनियरिंग ड्रॉइंग, स्पेसिफिकेशन, टॉलरेंस और क्वालिटी स्टैंडर्ड के अनुसार कंपोनेंट्स की जांच करना।
• Use Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Gauges and other measuring instruments. / Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Gauges और अन्य measuring instruments का उपयोग करना।
• Identify dimensional deviations, manufacturing defects and quality issues. / डायमेंशनल डिविएशन, मैन्युफैक्चरिंग डिफेक्ट्स और क्वालिटी समस्याओं की पहचान करना।
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, check sheets and quality records. / इंस्पेक्शन रिपोर्ट, चेक शीट और क्वालिटी रिकॉर्ड तैयार करना और बनाए रखना।
• Coordinate with Production, Quality and Engineering teams to resolve inspection-related issues. / इंस्पेक्शन से जुड़ी समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए Production, Quality और Engineering टीम के साथ समन्वय करना।
• Identify, segregate and properly handle rejected/non-conforming components. / रिजेक्टेड/नॉन-कन्फॉर्मिंग कंपोनेंट्स की पहचान, सेग्रीगेशन और उचित हैंडलिंग करना।
• Support root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for recurring quality issues. / बार-बार होने वाली क्वालिटी समस्याओं के Root Cause Analysis और Corrective/Preventive Actions में सहायता करना।
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures, safety practices and inspection standards. / क्वालिटी प्रक्रियाओं, सेफ्टी प्रैक्टिस और इंस्पेक्शन स्टैंडर्ड का पालन सुनिश्चित करना।
• Maintain documentation and traceability of inspected components. / इंस्पेक्ट किए गए कंपोनेंट्स की डॉक्यूमेंटेशन और ट्रेसबिलिटी बनाए रखना।

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Fundamentals / मैकेनिकल या इलेक्ट्रिकल इंजीनियरिंग की बेसिक जानकारी
• Manufacturing Processes & Mechanical Components / मैन्युफैक्चरिंग प्रोसेस और मैकेनिकल कंपोनेंट्स की जानकारी
• Engineering Drawing Reading / इंजीनियरिंग ड्रॉइंग पढ़ने और समझने की क्षमता
• Dimensions, Tolerances & Basic GD&T / डायमेंशन, टॉलरेंस और बेसिक GD&T की समझ

📢 PREFERRED PROFILE / वांछित प्रोफाइल
• Freshers with strong Mechanical fundamentals are welcome. / मजबूत मैकेनिकल फंडामेंटल वाले फ्रेशर्स भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
• Candidates with exposure to shop-floor inspection, quality control, production or PDI will be preferred. / Shop-floor inspection, quality control, production या PDI का अनुभव रखने वाले उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
