Roles and Responsibilities:-

WhatsApp Document Verification:

• Regularly check and verify documents received through WhatsApp for accuracy and completeness.
• AI Bot Related Work:
• Assist in reviewing, updating, or managing tasks related to AI bots, including data inputs and report handling.
• Online Document Uploading:
• Upload and organize documents across various online platforms and portals as per project or compliance needs.
• Preparation of Service Orders and Job Cards:
• Draft and maintain service orders and job cards accurately, ensuring timely generation and updates.
• RERA Compliance Tasks:
• Handle all documentation, filing, and coordination related to RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) compliance requirements.
• Data Entry and Record Maintenance:
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in databases and systems with a high level of confidentiality.
• Coordination with Internal Teams:
• Liaise with other departments to collect, process, and verify data as required.
• Reporting:
• Generate daily/weekly reports on task progress, document uploads, and compliance updates.
