Job Description
We are looking for a Client Relationship Officer to build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, handling queries, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable product or service solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with the sales, operations, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in CRM or company systems.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Ensure timely communication regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Collect client feedback and work towards improving customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned relationship management and business targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly client activity reports.
