Job Description
The Site Supervisor is responsible for the hands-on, day-to-day supervision of irrigation construction works at the assigned site, covering pipeline laying and associated RCC structures such as chambers, thrust blocks, intake/outlet structures, and canal or cross-drainage works. Working under the Site Engineer, the Supervisor ensures that trenching, pipe laying, jointing, testing, and concreting are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, alignment, and levels — while keeping labour productive, materials well managed, and safety standards enforced. This is a full-time on-site role based at company-provided accommodation, with postings that may shift between irrigation projects across Vidharbha.
