Job Description
Check RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plaster, waterproofing and finishing works.
Verify line, level, plumb, dimensions and reinforcement details before execution/concreting.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, supervisors and labour.
Monitor quality, quantity, productivity, material consumption and work progress.
Conduct/coordinate material testing, concrete cube testing and site inspections.
Prepare daily progress reports, measurements, quantity calculations and site records.
Assist in RA bills, quantity reconciliation and subcontractor measurements.
Identify and resolve technical/site execution issues and ensure rectification of defective work.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, safety requirements and project schedule.
Coordinate material, manpower and equipment requirements for uninterrupted work execution.
