Job SummaryMotilal Oswal Home Finance Limited is hiring Relationship Managers to drive home loan business and build strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and sales associates. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer acquisition, sales target achievement, and business development for home loan products.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and acquire new customers for Home Loan products.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Generate business through internal leads, referrals, and external channels.
• Recruit and manage DSA / Connector / Commission Agent networks.
• Build and maintain relationships with channel partners.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable home loan solutions.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams throughout the loan processing cycle.
• Ensure proper collection and submission of customer documents.
• Follow up on leads, applications, approvals, and disbursements.
• Maintain regular sales reports and update lead status.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and KYC/documentation requirements.
• Preferred Candidate Profile1–3 years of experience in Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage / Housing Finance / BFSI Sales preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer relationship management skills.
• Strong sales and business development orientation.
• Comfortable with field sales and customer visits.
• Ability to work with DSA / Connector / Channel Partner networks.
• Target-oriented and result-focused approach.
