Job Description

Relationship Manager

Channel Development & Business GrowthRole: Build new market channels and generate business through them.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business/referral channels.
  • Build relationships with CAs, consultants, financial professionals, DSAs, brokers and other partners.
  • Onboard and activate new channel partners.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into business.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners for repeat business.
  • Conduct regular market visits, meetings and partner follow-ups.
  • Track leads, conversions and business performance.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
  • Ideal Candidate2–5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Channel Sales.
  • Strong networking, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable with field work and developing business independently.
