Job Description
Welcome parents, children, and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
Handle phone calls, enquiries, appointments, and follow-ups.
Maintain patient records, appointment schedules, and basic documentation.
Coordinate therapy appointments between parents and therapists.
Assist therapists during therapy sessions as instructed.
Help prepare therapy materials, activities, toys, and equipment before sessions.
Support children during therapy activities under the therapist’s supervision.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy rooms and reception area.
Manage basic administrative and front-desk responsibilities.
Maintain confidentiality of patient and organizational information.
