Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. The engineer collaborates with different teams to maintain compatibility across systems while adapting features to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Continuous monitoring and adjustment of applications are key to sustaining seamless service delivery throughout the day.

- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain documentation of configurations, customizations, and system changes to support knowledge sharing.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and optimize user experience.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Experience with configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to align with organizational processes.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Ability to use low-code platforms and tools to develop and deploy scalable solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
- Knowledge of release management and version control practices within SaaS environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- This position is based at our PDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
