📢 WE’RE HIRING!
We are looking for a Counter Salesperson who can also efficiently handle our Vyapar app and Shopify website orders.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customers at the counter and assist with sales
- Manage billing and entries on the Vyapar app
- Receive, process, and manage Shopify website orders
- Update order status and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with the team for order packing and dispatch
- Assist with inventory and day-to-day store operations
- Provide good customer service and ensure a smooth buying experience
Requirements:
- Experience with Vyapar and Shopify preferred
- Previous counter sales/customer handling experience is an advantage
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Responsible, organized, and attentive to detail
