Marketing Executive

Marketing Executive Location: Nagpur | Job Type: Full-time, Office-based

We are looking for a creative and growth-oriented Marketing Executive who can take ownership of Originary’s digital presence and help build the brand across platforms.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
• Manage and grow Originary’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google, and other digital platforms.
• Plan and create social media content, reels, posts, stories, campaigns, and promotional content.
• Shoot and edit short-form videos, product videos, farm/source stories, and brand content.
• Edit photos and videos using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Develop creative campaign ideas and convert them into engaging content.
• Monitor social media performance, identify what is working, and continuously improve content and campaigns.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, influencers, and external marketing partners when required.
• Support product launches, offers, events, Amazon/e-commerce marketing, and other growth initiatives.
• Stay updated with social media trends, content formats, algorithms, and digital marketing practices.
• What We're Looking ForStrong interest in marketing, branding, social media, and content creation.
• Good understanding of Instagram/Reels and other digital platforms.
• Video and photo editing skills are important.
• Creative mindset with the ability to come up with fresh content ideas.
• Good communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Willingness to experiment, learn, and adapt quickly.
• Prior experience in FMCG, food, D2C, or consumer brands is a plus, but not mandatory.

This is an office-based role in Nagpur and requires hands-on involvement in content creation and marketing execution.

• Work Hours: 10 AM – 6 PM, Monday–Saturday.
• Leave Policy: 2 paid leaves , per month.
