🎯 Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
- Post job vacancies on job portals and social media platforms.
- Source and screen candidates through calls, WhatsApp and online platforms.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews with management and coordinate the selection process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, offers and joining.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate with different departments to understand hiring requirements.
- Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring targets.
