The Impact You'll Make

As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of our brand in the marketplace. Your daily shop visits will not just be about selling products—they’ll be about understanding customer needs, ensuring shelves are stocked, and helping shop owners grow their business with our solutions. Your work will directly influence our sales growth, brand visibility, and customer loyalty.

What You'll Do

• Visit retail shops, distributors, and market outlets daily to promote and sell our products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and decision-makers.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper display at every outlet.
• Take and process orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely payments.
• Gather market intelligence—competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to territory growth.
• Conduct product demonstrations and share promotional offers with retailers.

What You'll Bring

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, FMCG, or retail distribution (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Basic knowledge of sales reporting and order management.
