Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily dispatch operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of customer orders.
• Coordinate with warehouse and packing staff.
• Verify packed orders against dispatch lists to prevent wrong or short dispatches.
• Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners.
• Monitor pending orders and ensure dispatch within the committed timeline.
• Maintain daily dispatch records and reports.
• Take responsibility for the smooth functioning of the dispatch department.

Candidate Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in dispatch operations.
• Experience in textile, furnishing, or a similar industry preferred.
• Good coordination and team management skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Responsible, organised and capable of managing dispatch activities independently.
