JOB SUMMARYRadical Global is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, payments, reconciliations, and coordination with the CA and other stakeholders.

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle purchase and sales entries, invoices, receipts, and payment records.
• Manage bank and cash transactions and perform regular bank reconciliation.
• Prepare and maintain payment records, expense statements, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with the CA for GST, TDS, ITR, audits, and other compliance requirements.
• Verify purchase bills, vendor invoices, and expense claims.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and MIS.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Support management with accounting-related reports and financial data.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.

• REQUIREMENTS
• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of Tally / Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounting tasks and meet deadlines.
